西黄丸联合GP方案对晚期乳腺癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察西黄丸联合GP方案对晚期乳腺癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年4月收治的晚期乳腺癌患者110例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。2组均给予GP方案治疗,观察组在GP方案基础上加用西黄丸治疗。比较2组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群(CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(8)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8))、Th1、Th2、Th17、Treg细胞比例、Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg及相关细胞因子(TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-6、IL-17、IL-22、IL-35、TGF-β)、转录因子(T-bet、GATA-3、RORγt、Foxp3)mRNA表达量。结果2组治疗前CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(8)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)、Th1、Th2、Th17、Treg、Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg、TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-6、IL-17、IL-22、IL-35、TGF-β及T-bet、GATA-3、RORγt、Foxp3 mRNA表达量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)、Th1、Th1/Th2、TNF-α、IFN-γ、T-bet mRNA表达均较治疗前升高,CD^(+)_(8)、Th2、Th17、Treg、Th17/Treg、IL-4、IL-6、IL-17、IL-22、IL-35、TGF-β、GATA-3、RORγt、Foxp3 mRNA表达均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)、Th1、Th1/Th2、TNF-α、IFN-γ、T-bet mRNA表达高于对照组,CD^(+)_(8)、Th2、Th17、Treg、Th17/Treg、IL-4、IL-6、IL-17、IL-22、IL-35、TGF-β、GATA-3、RORγt、Foxp3 mRNA表达低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西黄丸联合GP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌能够有效调控Th1、Th2、Th17、Treg及相关细胞因子、转录因子表达,从而改善细胞免疫功能,有较大临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the effects of Xihuang pills combined with GP chemotherapy on cellular immune function of patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with advanced breast cancer were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated by GP chemotherapy,on this basis,the patients in observation group were treated by Xihuang pills.The levels of T lmyphocytes(CD^(+)_(3),CD^(+)_(4),CD^(+)_(8) and CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)),Th1,Th2,Th17,Treg,Th1/Th2,Th17/Treg and related cytokines(TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-6,IL-17,IL-22,IL-35 and TGF-β)and transcription factors(T-bet,GATA-3,RORγt and Foxp3)mRNA expression before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in levels of CD^(+)_(3),CD^(+)_(4),CD^(+)_(8),CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8),Th1,Th2,Th17,Treg,Th1/Th2,Th17/Treg,TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-6,IL-17,IL-22,IL-35,TGF-βand T-bet,GATA-3,RORγt,Foxp3 mRNA expression between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the levels of CD^(+)_(3),CD^(+)_(4),CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8),Th1,Th1/Th2,TNF-α,IFN-γand T-bet mRNA expression in both groups were significantly increased,however,the levels of CD^(+)_(8),Th2,Th17,Treg,Th17/Treg,IL-4,IL-6,IL-17,IL-22,IL-35,TGF-βand GATA-3,RORγt,Foxp3 mRNA expression were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Moreover the increase degree and decrease degree in observation group were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xihuang pills combined with GP chemotherapy can effectively regulate the levels of Th1,Th2,Th17,Treg cells and related cytokines and transcription factors,improve the cellular immune function in patients with advanced breast cancer,which is of important clinical application value.
