摘要
利用碳源、氮源、无机盐三个因子对榆黄蘑液体发酵培养进行研究。在单因素试验的基础上,进行三因子的响应面分析,得到最优发酵培养条件。优化出的最佳培养条件为:可溶性淀粉22.08 g·L^(-1)、牛肉膏2.73 g·L^(-1)、碳酸钙2.30 g·L^(-1),在25℃、150 r·min^(-1)下培养7 d为液体菌种发酵的最佳状态,获得的菌丝体最大干重达7.33 g·L^(-1)。
In this study,carbon source,nitrogen source and inorganic salt were used to investigate the liquid fermentation culture of elm mushroom.Based on the single-factor test,a three-factor response surface analysis was performed to obtain the optimal fermentation culture conditions.The optimized culture conditions are:soluble starch 22.08 g·L^(-1),beef extract 2.73 g·L^(-1),calcium carbonate 2.30 g·L^(-1),cultured at 25℃,150 r/min for 7 days as liquid In the best state of fermentation,the maximum dry weight of mycelium was 7.33 g·L^(-1).
