雷替曲塞结合奥沙利铂治疗晚期大肠癌的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Letetrexed Combined with Oxaliplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨雷替曲塞结合奥沙利铂治疗晚期大肠癌的临床效果,以便为晚期大肠癌的临床提供理论依据与实践支持。方法 102例晚期大肠癌患者被纳入研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组各61例,对照组单纯予以雷替曲塞治疗,观察组予以雷替曲塞与奥沙利铂联合治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率与疾病控制率均明显高于对照组,对比有统计学差异(P <0.05)。观察组发生血小板减少、肝功能异常、黏膜炎的发生率明显低于对照组,对比有统计学差异(P <0.05)。Meta分析结果显示:观察组血小板减少(OR=0.32,95%CI=0.22-0.44,P <0.001)、肝功能异常(OR=0.54,95%CI=0.38-0.77,P=0.006)、黏膜炎(OR=0.52,95%CI=0.32-0.76,P <0.003)在晚期大肠癌治疗期间的发生率明显少于对照组,对比有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论在晚期大肠癌的临床治疗中采用雷替曲塞结合奥沙利铂治疗效果较高,能有效的降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of letetrexed combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical support for the clinical treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 102 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were included in the study.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table.The control group was treated with letetrexed alone,and the observation group was treated with letetrexed combined with oxaliplatin.Results The total effective rate and disease control rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of thrombocytopenia,abnormal liver function,and mucositis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Meta-analysis results showed:thrombocytopenia in the observation group(OR=0.32,95%CI=0.22-0.44,P<0.001),abnormal liver function(OR=0.54,95%CI=0.38-0.77,P=0.006),mucositis(OR=0.52,95%CI=0.32-0.76,P<0.003)The incidence of advanced colorectal cancer during the treatment period was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the comparison was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,the efficacy of letetrexed combined with oxaliplatin is high,and it can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
