口腔种植牙修复牙列缺损的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Dental Implant in Repairing Dentition Defect

目的探讨采用口腔种植牙方式对牙列缺损患者进行牙齿修复的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年7月我院口腔科收治的200例牙列缺损患者为研究对象,采用数字法随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例患者,对照组患者采取传统义齿修复,观察组患者采取口腔种植牙修复,对比两组患者1年后的患者满意度、治疗效果以及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者种植牙完成1年后,在固位功能、咀嚼功能、舒适度以及总分方面的评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05),而在语言功能和美观度方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率均高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论采取口腔种植牙修复牙列缺损具有更好的疗效,更低的不良反应率以及更高的患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dental implantation on patients with dentition defect.Methods Two hundred patients with dentition defect admitted to our stomatology department from January 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with traditional denture prosthesis,while those in observation group were treated with dental implant prosthesis.The patient’s satisfaction,treatment effect and adverse reactions after one year.Results One year after implantation,the scores of retention function,chewing function,comfort and total score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in language function and aesthetics(P>0.05).The total effective rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dental implant has better curative effect,lower adverse reaction rate and higher patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
