利伐沙班与华法林在肺栓塞抗凝治疗中的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Rivaroxaban and Warfarin in Anticoagulant Treatment of Pulmonary Embolism

目的对肺栓塞患者分别应用利伐沙班与华法林抗凝的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月在我院接受治疗的肺栓塞患者30例,通过随机数字表法均分两组,其中对照组(n=15)的患者采用华法林抗凝,试验组(n=15)的患者采用利伐沙班抗凝,对比干预后患者临床疗效、血气指标、D-二聚体水平、血清学指标以及治疗安全性情况。结果经治疗后PaO_(2)以及PaCO_(2)的值对比,为试验组较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后FVC、FEV_(1)以及PEF的值对比,为试验组较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率对比,为试验组较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺栓塞患者应用利伐沙班抗凝治疗可有效提高治疗效果,改善相关血清学指标,提高治疗安全性。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of rivaroxaban and warfarin in the treatment of pulmonary embolism.Methods A total of 30 patients with pulmonary embolism who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 15 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with warfarin anticoagulation,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with rivaroxaban.The clinical efficacy,blood gas index,D-dimer level,serological index and treatment safety of patients after intervention were compared.Results After treatment,the PaO_(2) and PaCO_(2) values of the experimental group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,FVC,FEV_(1) and PEF values were higher in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rivaroxaban anticoagulant therapy in patients with pulmonary embolism can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve the related serological indicators,and improve the safety of treatment.
