医院感染控制中微生物检验的应用价值研究

Study on the Application Value of Microbiological Testing in Hospital Infection Control

目的探讨医院感染控制中微生物检验的应用价值。方法选择我院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的60例感染患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组是根据医师经验进行感染控制,研究组开展微生物检验进行感染控制,分析对比两组感染发生率及感染程度。结果研究组患者在随访期间发生1例感染,感染发生率为3.33%;而对照组患者在随访期间发生7例感染,感染发生概率为23.33%。两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组患者发生感染程度要低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论医院感染控制中微生物检验可以明显降低感染发生率及感染程度。

Objective To investigate the value of microbiological test in hospital infection control.Methods Sixty infected patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into research groups and control groups according to the random number table.Each group had 30 cases.The former group was based on the experience of the doctor.Infection control,observation group carried out microbial test for infection control,The incidence and degree of infection were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results One infection occurred during the follow-up of two groups of patients.The probability of infection in this group was 3.33%.In the control group,seven infections occurred during the follow-up period,and the probability of infection in this group was 23.33%.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).A comparison of infection levels between the study group and the control group showed that the level of infection in the study group was lower than in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microbiological test can obviously reduce the infection rate and infection degree in hospital infection control.
