中药熏洗在混合痔术后的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing in Postoperative Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的分析中药熏洗应用于痔疮患者术后的临床效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年7月本科室手术治疗的痔疮患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组(n=60)术后行普济痔疮栓,观察组(n=60)在对照组基础上联合中药熏洗,比较两组应用效果。结果观察组总有效率95.00%较对照组81.67%高(P <0.05);治疗3 d、7 d观察组VRS评分和创面愈合评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组创面愈合时间较对照组短(P <0.05)。结论中药熏洗应用于痔疮术后患者的效果显著,可明显缓解术后疼痛,促进创面愈合。中药熏洗属于无创操作,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in patients with hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 patients with hemorrhoids who received surgical treatment from March 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=60)received postoperative Puji hemorrhoid suppositories,and the observation group(n=60)was combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on the basis of the control group,and the application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%higher than that of control group(81.67%)(P<0.05).The VRS score and wound healing score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 days and 7 days after treatment(P<0.05).The wound healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can significantly relieve postoperative pain and promote wound healing in patients with hemorrhoids.Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing is a non-invasive operation with high safety.
