育龄期女性白色念珠菌性阴道炎护理干预的效果分析

Nursing Intervention for Female Candida Albicans Vaginitis in Childbearing Age

目的探讨育龄期女性白色念珠菌性阴道炎护理干预效果。方法随机选取本院2018年1月至2018年12月接收的70例育龄期女性白色念珠菌性阴道炎患者,按照入院单号、双号分为两组,对照组(n=35)与研究组(n=35)分别开展常规护理方案与强化护理干预,统计各组疾病复发率、护理满意度,并准确记录护理前后负面情绪评分。结果护理后,研究组疾病复发率及满意度分别是2.86%、94.29%,明显优于对照组的17.14%、74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组SDS及SAS评分均较对照组更低(P <0.05)。结论强化护理干预在育龄期白色念珠菌性阴道炎护理中具有显著应用效果,不仅可以降低疾病复发率,缓解不良情绪,同时有助于护患关系的改善。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on candida albicans vaginitis in women of childbearing age.Methods Seventy women of childbearing age with candidal vaginitis from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to admission number.The control group(n=35)and the research group(n=35)carried out routine nursing program and intensive nursing intervention respectively.The recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction of each group were counted.Negative emotional scores before and after nursing were recorded accurately.Results After nursing,the disease recurrence rate and satisfaction rate of the study group were 2.86%and 94.29%respectively,which were significantly better than the 17.14%and 74.29%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intensive nursing intervention has significant application effect in the nursing of candida albicans vaginitis of childbearing age.It can not only reduce the recurrence rate of disease,alleviate bad mood,but also help to improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
