安全护理模式在妊娠高血压患者手术室护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Safe Nursing Model in the Nursing of Patients with Pregnancy-induced Hypertension in Operating Room

目的探讨对妊娠高血压患者实施手术室安全护理模式的应用效果。方法随机将我院2019年1月至2021年1月接受剖宫产手术的妊娠高血压患者100例分为常规组(50例,行手术室常规护理)与安全组(50例,行手术室安全护理模式),比较两组不良事件发生率、满意度及依从性。结果安全组发生麻醉时不配合、麻醉体位不当、麻醉效果欠佳、术中出血过多、手术时间延长、术中不配合、护理纠纷的不良事件发生率均明显低于常规组,差异显著(P <0.05)。安全组护理满意度、依从性分别为100.00%、98.00%,均高于常规组的80.00%、82.00%,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论安全护理模式应用于妊娠高血压患者手术室护理中疗效佳,既可以降低手术室不良事件发生率,又能提高护理满意度与依从性。

Objective To explore the application effect of the safe nursing model in operating room for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods According to the convenience sampling method,one hundred patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were admitted to the obstetrics department of our hospital and planned to undergo cesarean section were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into routine group(50 cases,routine operating room care)and safety group(50 cases,operating room safe care model),and the incidence of adverse events,satisfaction and compliance between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse events such as non-cooperation during anesthesia,improper anesthesia position,poor anesthesia effect,excessive bleeding during operation,prolonged operation time,non-cooperation during operation,and nursing disputes in the safety group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and compliance of the safety group were 100.00%and 98.00%,respectively,which were higher than the 80.00%and 82.00%of the conventional group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The safe nursing model applied to the nursing of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension in the operating room has a good effect.It can not only reduce the incidence of adverse events in the operating room,but also improve nursing satisfaction and compliance.
