整体护理在抑郁症患者护理中的效果观察

Effect of Holistic Nursing on the Nursing of Patients with Depression

目的观察整体护理在抑郁症患者护理中的效果。方法选取我院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的88例抑郁症患者作为研究对象。按照护理方式不同将所有患者分成试验组、参考组,各44例。入院后,予以所有患者常规药物治疗,同时参考组患者行常规护理,试验组患者行整体护理。比较、分析两组患者的心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度等。结果两组护理后SAS、SDS评分均比护理前低,且试验组比参考组低,比较有差异性(P <0.05)。相较于参考组,试验组社会功能、心理健康、躯体健康、物质生活评分及护理满意度均更高,比较有差异性(P <0.05)。结论在抑郁症患者治疗时采取整体护理效果确切,可有效改善患者抑郁状态,提高患者生活质量,利于患者病情改善,临床应用价值较高,值得临床大力推广及应用。

Objectives Observe the effect of holistic care in the care of patients with depression.Methods Eighty-eight patients with depression who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as subjects.All patients were divided into experimental group and reference group according to different nursing methods,44 cases each group.After admission,all patients were given routine medication,while the reference group received routine care,and the trial group received overall care.Compare and analyze the psychological status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,and the test group was lower than the reference group,P<0.05.Compared with the reference group,the test group has higher social function,mental health,physical health,material life scores and nursing satisfaction,and there were differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of depression patients,the overall nursing effect is accurate,which can effectively improve the patient’s depression status,improve the patient’s quality of life,improve the patient’s condition,and has high clinical application value.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
