中医综合护理对慢性肾小球肾炎患者遵医行为及满意度的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Care of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Compliance Behavior and Satisfaction of Patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的分析慢性肾小球肾炎疾病特点、患者护理需求,评价中医综合护理干预对患者遵医行为、护理满意度等方面的积极影响。方法选择我院2019年5月至2020年8月收治论著的慢性肾小球肾炎疾病患者,总计110例。采取随机法进行分组(对照组、观察组),对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取中医综合护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度、焦虑及抑郁评分、生活质量量表(Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,GQOL-74)评分、自我护理能力测定量表(Exercise of Self-Care Agency scale,ESCA)评分。结果观察组患者严格遵医嘱用药等遵医行为率(94.54%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),护理满意度(96.36%)高于对照组(80.00%),P <0.05;观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、GQOL-74评分、ESCA评分均优于对照组,P <0.05。结论中医综合护理干预用于慢性肾小球肾炎患者中可以提高患者的遵医行为、满意度及自护能力。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of chronic glomerulonephritis and the nursing needs of patients,and to evaluate the positive influence of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing intervention on patients’compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected.Random method is adopted for grouping(control group,observation group),the control group adopts conventional nursing,and the observation group adopts TCM comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare the nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression scores,Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)scores,and Exercise of Self-Care Agency scale(ESCA)between the two groups of patients score.Results 94.54%of patients in the observation group strictly followed doctor’s prescriptions and other compliance behaviors were significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.36%higher than that of the control group 80.00%,P<0.05;The SAS score,SDS score,GQOL-74 score and ESCA score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis can improve the patients’compliance behavior,satisfaction,and self-care ability.
