加速康复护理在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的探讨加速康复护理在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择本院2019年7月至2020年6月收治的100例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者为研究对象,对其围手术期的护理进行观察及干预,以随机数字表法将患者均分成对照组、观察组,每组50例,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加速康复护理。比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、心理状态变化以及住院时间、护理满意度评分。结果观察组患者的术后并发症低于对照组(P <0.05)。入院时两组患者的SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);术前观察组患者上述评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者住院时间短于对照组、护理满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论加速康复护理理念在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者围手术期极具应用价值,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who were admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected to observe and intervene in their perioperative nursing care.The patients were divided into a control group and observed by a random number table method,50 cases in each group,the control group underwent routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications,changes in mental state,hospitalization time,and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative complications of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups of patients upon admission(P>0.05);before operation,the above-mentioned scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing has great application value in the perioperative period of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,and it is worthy of promotion.
