心理干预联合细节护理在小儿烧烫伤中的应用

Nursing Effect of Psychological Intervention Combined with Detail Nursing in Children with Burn and Scald

目的探讨心理干预联合细节护理对小儿烧烫伤的护理效果。方法从我院收治的烧烫伤患儿中挑选出符合研究要求的患儿72例,依据随机分组法将其分为两组,每组36例,对所有患儿给予支持和抗感染治疗,对照组实施常规烧伤护理措施,观察组在此基础上给予心理护理联合细节护理,比较不同护理干预后两组感染率、护理满意度及创面愈合时间。结果观察组感染率为5.56%,对照组为22.22%,观察组明显低于对照组(P <0.05);同时观察组患儿家属的护理满意度为91.67%,对照组为72.22%,研究组显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组皮肤愈合时间明显少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论心理干预联合细节护理干预可有效改善烧烫伤患儿的心理康复,并促进创面伤口愈合,临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with burns and scalds.Methods Seventy-two cases of children with burns and scalds in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random grouping method,36 cases in each group.All children were given support and anti infection treatment.The control group was given routine burn nursing measures,and the observation group was given psychological nursing and detail nursing on this basis.The difference of nursing effect between the two groups was compared,including different nursing interventions the infection rate,nursing satisfaction and wound healing time of the two groups were evaluated.Results The infection rate of observation group was 5.56%,22.22%in the control group,and significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was 91.67%,the control group was 72.22%,and the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the time of skin healing in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with detailed nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological rehabilitation of children with burns and scalds,and promote wound healing,with significant clinical effects.
