腹腔镜阑尾切除术与开腹阑尾切除术的对比观察与护理

Comparative Observation and Nursing of Laparoscopic Appendectomy and Open Appendectomy

目的研究将腹腔镜阑尾切除手术联合系统性护理、开腹阑尾切除手术联合常规性护理应用于急性阑尾炎患者中的作用与效果。方法选取2018年11月至2020年11月,我院接收的急性阑尾炎病例220例,依据随机化分组,获得了对照组(110例)、观察组(110例),对照组给予开腹阑尾切除手术联合常规性护理,观察组给予腹腔镜阑尾切除手术联合系统性护理,比较两组护理干预结果。结果观察组排气时间、住院时间、失血总量、首次排便时间、VAS评分较对照组更优,P <0.05;观察组并发症总发生率较对照组更低,P <0.05。结论急性阑尾炎治护工作中应用腹腔镜阑尾切除手术联合系统性护理较开腹阑尾切除手术联合常规性护理能够改善患者各项手术指标,并减少各类并发症的发生,能够获得更为理想的效果。

Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy combined with systematic nursing and open appendectomy combined with routine nursing in patients with acute appendicitis.Methods Two hundred and twenty cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(110 cases)and observation group(110 cases).The control group was given open appendectomy combined with routine nursing,while the observation group was given laparoscopic appendectomy combined with systematic nursing.Compare the results of nursing intervention between the two groups.Results The observation group had better exhaust time,hospitalization time,total blood loss,first defecation time,and VAS score than the control group,P<0.05;the total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with open appendectomy combined with routine nursing,laparoscopic appendectomy combined with systematic nursing in the treatment and nursing of acute appendicitis can improve the operation indexes of patients,reduce the occurrence of various complications,obtain more ideal effect,promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
