延续性护理在老年冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用效果及对医嘱依从性和生活质量的影响

Objective to Analyze the Application Effect of Continuous Nursing in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris and its Influence on Doctor’s Order Compliance and Quality of Life

目的剖析老年冠心病心绞痛患者予以延续性护理干预的效果。方法 62例老年冠心病心绞痛患者,以双盲法分为对照组、观察组,每组31例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组基于对照组开展延续性护理。比较两组患者的医嘱依从性和生活质量。结果观察组医嘱的总依从性高于对照组,且各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,指标差异明显(P <0.05)。结论对老年冠心病心绞痛患者予以延续性护理的效果显著,利于提升患者的医嘱依从性,并改善其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing intervention on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were divided into control group and observation group by double blind method,31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received continuous nursing based on the control group.The compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life scores were higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of continuous nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is ideal,which is conducive to improving the compliance of patients with medical advice and improving their quality of life.
