经皮主动脉腔内修复术中应用ProGlide血管缝合器的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of ProGlide Vascular Closure System in Percutaneous Endovascular Aortic Repair

目的总结经皮主动脉腔内修复术中应用ProGlide血管缝合器的效果及护理要点。方法选择2018年1月至2020年2月在我科行经皮主动脉腔内修复术中应用ProGlide血管缝合器的病例210例,随机分为两组,对照组96例予以常规护理,试验组114例给予围手术期护理干预,对比两组患者止血成功时间、穿刺部位血肿的发生率、对比剂肾病的发生率。结果试验组患者止血成功时间短于对照组,穿刺部位血肿发生率、对比剂肾病发生率均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论经皮主动脉腔内修复术中应用ProGlide血管缝合器安全有效,配合围手术期优质护理方案,能有效提升手术效率,缩短止血时间,减少手术并发症,改善患者的就医体验,帮助患者尽快回归社会与家庭。

Objective To summarize the effect and nursing points of ProGlide vascular closure system in percutaneous endovascular aortic repair(PEVAR).Methods The clinical data of 210 patients,who received PEVER during the period from January 2018 to February 2020,ProGlide vascular closure system was used in performing PEVAR,patientswere randomly divided into two groups.96 patients in the control group were given perioperative routine nursing,and 114 patients in the experimental group were given perioperative nursing intervention.The successful hemostasis time,the incidence of hematoma at puncture site and the incidence of contrast nephropathy were compared between the two groups.Results The successful hemostasis time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group.The incidence of hematoma at the puncture site and the incidence of contrast-medium nephropathy were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ProGlide vascular closure system in performing PEVAR is safe and effective.It can effectively improve the operation efficiency,shorten hemostasis time,reduce the operation complications,improve the patient’s medical experience,and help the patients return to society and family as soon as possible.
