个性化护理在甲状腺手术护理中的应用效果

Application of Individualized Nursing in Thyroid Surgery

目的研究个性化护理在甲状腺手术护理中的应用效果。方法选择2019年2月至2020年2月于我院进行甲状腺手术的66例患者。双盲法分为对照组(n=33,常规护理)及研究组(n=33,个性化护理),对比两组的护理效果。结果研究组SAS、SDS评分比对照组低,研究组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,并且研究组护理满意度也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对甲状腺手术患者进行个性化护理能够减轻患者负性情绪,改善心理状态,提高生活质量,同时还能增加患者护理满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of individualized nursing in thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 66 patients who underwent thyroid surgery in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into control group(n=33,routine nursing)and study group(n=33,individualized nursing)by double-blind method,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the study group was also higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing for patients with thyroid surgery can reduce negative emotions,improve psychological state,improve the quality of life,and increase patients’nursing satisfaction,so it is worthy of promotion and adoption.
