优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of High-quality Nursing in Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的冠心病患者120例进行研究,将患者随机分为两组,对照组60例,采用常规方式进行干预,观察组60例,采用优质护理方式进行干预,对两组患者的干预效果进行比较。结果与干预前比较,两组患者焦虑(SAS)与抑郁(SDS)情绪均明显减轻,但观察组患者评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者对冠心病知识的掌握程度及对治疗与干预的配合度均明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者不良心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组生活质量各指标评分均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论予以冠心病患者优质护理服务效果理想,可提高患者对疾病的掌握度及配合度,且可减少不良心血管事件发生。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in nursing care of coronary heart disease(CAD).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=60,intervene in the usual way),observation group(n=60,intervene with high-quality nursing).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before intervention,the anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)mood of the two groups were significantly alleviated,but the scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of mastery of coronary heart disease knowledge and the treatment and intervention of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The matching degree of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-quality nursing service for patients with coronary heart disease is ideal,which can improve the grip and matching degree of patients with coronary heart disease,and can reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.
