急诊外科危重患者院内安全转运的护理管理效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Nursing Management on Safe Transportation of Critical Patients in Emergency Surgery

目的分析急诊外科危重患者院内安全转运的护理管理及其效果。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月进入我院急诊外科治疗的危重患者进行课题研究,共计病例数100例,采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组患者接受常规转运和护理干预,观察组患者接受院内安全转运和护理管理,评价比较分析应用效果。结果观察组患者转运所耗时间、检查等候时间、家属满意度评分较对照组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者抢救成功率明显较对照组高,且护患纠纷发生率明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对急诊外科危重患者,临床选择院内安全转运和护理管理效果显著。

Objective To analyze the nursing management and effect of safe transportation of critical patients in emergency surgery.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,100 cases of critically ill patients who were admitted to our hospital for emergency surgical treatment were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine transport and nursing intervention,while the observation group received safe transport and nursing management in the hospital.Results The transport time,examination waiting time and family satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of nurse patient disputes was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For critical patients in emergency surgery,the effect of safe transportation and nursing management in hospital is significant.
