知识动员理论在非糖尿病专科护士培训中的应用效果

摘要 目的探究知识动员理论在非糖尿病专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取深圳市某二级医院非糖尿病专科护士60名,对其进行知识动员理论框架下的糖尿病健康教育培训,对比培训前后护士糖尿病管理知识技能评估得分及胰岛素皮下注射操作考核得分。结果培训后,护士的糖尿病管理知识技能评估得分明显高于培训前(P <0.05),胰岛素皮下注射操作考核得分高于培训前(P <0.05)。结论将知识动员理论应用于非糖尿病专科护士的教育培训中,能有效提高非糖尿病专科护士的糖尿病宣教能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of knowledge mobilization theory in the training of non-diabetic nurses.Methods A total of 60 nondiabetes nurses were selected from a second-level hospital in Shenzhen to receive diabetes health education training under the framework of knowledge mobilization theory.The evaluation scores of knowledge and skills of diabetes management and subcutaneous injection of insulin were compared before and after the training.Results After the training,the evaluation scores of knowledge and skills of diabetes management were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.05),and the evaluation scores of subcutaneous insulin injection operation were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying knowledge mobilization theory to the education and training of non-diabetic nurses can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of non-diabetic nurses.
