摘要
目的了解护理实习生评判性思维能力和核心能力的现状,探索二者之间的相关性,以期为临床教学和教育提供一定参考依据。方法采用中文版加利福尼亚评判性思维情感倾向量表(CTDI-CV)和中国注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)对在福州市三级甲等医院实习的149名护理实习生进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果 (1)评判性思维能力总分为(294.28±8.29)分。(2)护士核心能力总分为(202.64±4.05)分。(3)评判性思维能力与核心能力中部分因子呈相关性(P <0.05),且部分因子间具有相互预测作用。结论护理实习生有正性评判性思维倾向,护理实习生核心能力处于中上水平,评判性思维能力与核心能力中部分因子呈相关性。
Objective To understand the current situation of critical thinking ability and core competence of nursing interns,and explore the correlation between them,so as to provide some reference for clinical teaching and education.Methods A total of 149 nursing interns were investigated with Chinese version of California critical thinking and affective Disposition Scale(CTDI-CV)and Chinese registered nurse core competence scale(CIRN),and to analyze the survey results.Results The total score of critical thinking ability was(294.28±8.29)points.The total score of core competence of nurses was(202.64±4.05)points.There was a correlation between critical thinking ability and some factors in core competence(P<0.05),and some factors had mutual prediction.Conclusion Nursing interns have positive critical thinking tendency,and their core competence is in the middle and upper level.There is a correlation between critical thinking ability and some factors in core competence.
