摘要
针对广州轨道交通2号线A5型车在运营中频繁出现的1个单元或整列车异常切除电制动故障,深入调查分析了异常电制动切除问题产生的原因。分析发现,接触器在断电瞬间会产生反向电动势,网关阀可能会误检测为高电平,进而判断列车进入紧急牵引模式,从而导致电制动异常切除。基于故障原因,提出了改造空压机控制接触器取电点的解决措施。改造后的A5型车运行效果良好,解决了电制动异常切除的问题。
View of the frequent occurrence of abnormal electric brake cut off of one unit or the entire train during A5 type vehicle operation of Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 2,in-depth investigation and cause analysis of abnormal electric brake cut off problems are carried out.It is found that back electromotive force emerges at the moment of contactor breaking circuit,in which cases the gateway valve might mistakenly detect high level voltage and judge that train is entering emergency traction mode,causing the electric brake to be abnormally cut off.In response to the fault cause,solution of controlling contractor electricity detecting point by reforming air-compressor is proposed.The upgraded A5 type vehicle is functioning well,having the problem of abnormal electric brake cut off solved.
