摘要
近年来,随着高层建筑结构的大量兴建,越来越多的高层结构超过规范限制要求,如何安全、经济地对此类结构进行合理的设计显得愈加必要与迫切。扬州软件园7#楼超高层办公楼为35层,主体结构高度147.70 m。文章首先介绍了其地基与基础设计、结构选型,并讨论了结构超限情况,确定了抗震性能目标;随后,开展了多遇地震作用下的结构弹性分析和罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性分析,并进行了不同水准下的承载力和变形设计,最后,针对高度、扭转位移比和楼板开洞等超限问题,探讨了各关键问题的应对措施。通过采取各关键应对措施,本结构能够满足安全、经济的要求,并可为超高层办公的结构设计提供参考。
In recent years,along with the construction of high-rise building,more and more high-rise structures exceed the specification limit requirement.It becomes more and more necessary and urgent to reasonably design this kind of structure with consideration of the security and economy.The 7#super high-rise office building in Yangzhou software park is 35 layer and the main structure height is 147.70 meters.In this paper,the design of building foundation and structural forms is introduced firstly,and the out-code issues and seismic performance objects of the structure is summarized.Then,both elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis are conducted.On the basis of these analyses,not only the strength but also the deformation is checked under different earthquake levels.Lastly,according to the out-code issues,such as height,torsion displacement ratio and the opening of the floor,the main measures are discussed.Through the adoption of key response measures,this structure can meet the requirements of security and economy.The study can offer a reference for the design of super high-rise office building.
