电解腐蚀后Q235B钢板力学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢结构发生腐蚀后不仅会导致结构承载力和延性下降,而且会改变钢材力学性能,从而引发安全问题。目前加速模拟大气腐蚀试验方法有中性盐雾试验、醋酸盐雾试验、气体腐蚀试验、湿热法试验、周浸循环试验等,但是以上试验方法试验周期较长,而电解腐蚀试验具有试验周期短、重现性较好的特点。因此根据电解腐蚀原理制备了不同腐蚀程度的Q235B钢板试件,探讨了腐蚀后试件表面特征,然后对Q235B钢板试件进行了拉伸试验,探讨了电解腐蚀对Q235B钢板力学性能影响。试验结果表明:电解腐蚀对Q235B钢板的屈服强度、抗拉强度和强屈比都有影响,Q235B钢板的屈服强度、抗拉强度随腐蚀率的增加不断下降,强屈比随腐蚀率的增加不断增大。 The corrosion of steel structure not only leads to the decrease of structural bearing capacity and ductility but also changes the mechanical properties of steel,which leads to safety problems.At present,the accelerated atmospheric corrosion test methods include neutral salt spray test,acetate salt spray test,gas corrosion test,humidity,and heat test,and cyclic immersion test,etc.,but the above test methods have a long test period,while the electrolytic corrosion test has the characteristics of the short test period and good reproductivity.Therefore,Q235B steel plate specimens with different corrosion degrees were prepared according to the principle of electrolytic corrosion,and the surface characteristics of the corroded specimens were discussed.Then,tensile tests were carried out on the Q235B steel plate specimens,and the influence of electrolytic corrosion on the mechanical properties of the specimens was discussed.The test results show that the electrolytic corrosion has an effect on the yield strength,tensile strength,and strength-yield ratio of Q235B steel plate.The yield strength and tensile strength of Q235B steel plate decrease with the increase of corrosion rate,while the strength-yield ratio increases with the increase of corrosion rate.
