摘要
为优化企事业单位的人力资源管理水平和绩效激励方式,本文提出了基于绩效激励的人力资源管理平台系统设计方案。在分析国企事业单位的工作内容和企业组织机构特点的基础上,开展了人力资源管理系统需求分析和结构设计,并重点就绩效管理和绩效考核模型进行了详细研究。本文所开发的人资管理系统平台包含绩效指标管理模块、绩效数据管理模块、绩效数据分析模块和绩效成果评价模块,系统突出绩效考核结果的激励和落实,可以对考核结果进行合理评价和分析。期望为类似企业单位的人力资源管理工作中的薪资分配和绩效评价等提供实质性参考。
In order to optimize the human resource management level and performance incentive mode of enterprises and institutions,this paper puts forward a human resource management platform system design scheme based on performance incentive.Based on the analysis of the work content and organizational characteristics of state-owned enterprises and institutions,the demand analysis and structural design of human resource management system are carried out,and the performance management and performance appraisal model are studied in detail.The human resource management system platform developed in this paper includes performance indicator management module,performance data management module,performance data analysis module and performance achievement evaluation module.The system highlights the incentive and implementation of performance assessment results,and can conduct reasonable evaluation and analysis of the assessment results..
