摘要
飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF MS)广泛应用于多肽、蛋白质、核酸、糖类和有机化合物等大分子的定性研究,是生命科学与化学合成领域研究和生产的重要仪器。本文探讨了飞行时间质谱仪的使用维护技术,并阐述了其在生物本科实践教学中的应用,旨在为提高飞行时间质谱仪的使用效率,以及提高技术人员的创新能力提供支持。
Matrix assisted laser desorption ionization-Time-of-flight mass spectrometer(MALDI-TOF MS)is widely used in qualitative research of polypeptides,nucleic acids,carbohydrates and organic compounds.It is an important instrument for scientific research,protein and production in the field of life science and chemical synthesis.The use maintenance technology of MALDI-MS and its application in practical teaching were discussed.The purpose is to improve the utilization efficiency of MALDI-MS and provide strong guarantee for cultivating innovative talents.
