The Development Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Guangdong National Technology Transfer Agency

总结广东国家技术转移机构发展现状,梳理其建设情况、服务业绩和考核评价情况,发现广东国家技术转移机构建设成效显著,服务力量在整体上已具有相当规模,但其发展过程中仍存在问题与不足,如配套政策不健全、区域分布不均衡、技术转移能力相对薄弱、机构管理有待加强等。最后,有针对性地提出加快推进广东国家技术转移机构发展的对策建议,包括完善配套政策、优化区域布局、推进机构提质培优,以此加快广东技术转移体系建设步伐。

This paper summarizes the current situation of the development of national technology transfer agencies in Guangdong,sorts out their construction,service performance and assessment.It is found that Guangdong􀆳s national technology transfer institution construction has achieved remarkable results,the service force has a considerable scale in the whole,but its development process still has problems and shortcomings,such as inadequate supporting policies,uneven regional distribution,relatively weak technology transfer capacity,institutional management needs to be strengthened and so on.Finally,aimed at above problems,this article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development of Guangdong national technology transfer agencies,including improving supporting policies,optimizing regional layout,and promoting institutions to promote quality and training excellence,so as to speed up the tempo of the construction of Guangdong technology transfer system.
