广东省医学类基金论文的计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis on Papers Supported by Medical Fund of Guangdong Province

以中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、中国医院知识总库(CHKD)及WOS核心合集数据库为数据源,对2007-2016年这10年间广东省医学类基金资助论文的发文量、文献类型、资助机构、发表机构与地区分布、研究主题(方向)、学科分类、期刊分布、高产量作者、高引论文及项目合作情况等多方面进行统计与分析,并与北京市、上海市、浙江省及山东省四省市医学基金论文发表情况相比较,发现五省市的国内外医学基金论文数量呈整体上升趋势。建议广东省优化医学类基金投入与监管机制;重视重点专科及优势学科建设;打造具有国际影响力外文期刊;促进医学人才队伍建设与人事制度改革;加强区域医疗及国际医疗发展,促进医疗及科研机构资源平衡化,缩小医疗资源地区差异性;扶持中医药发展,提高中医药其国际地位,弘扬中华国粹。

This paper takes China Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed),Chinese Hospital Knowledge Database(CHKD)and WOS core collection database as data sources,counts and analyzes the Guangdong provincial medical funded papers from 2007 to 2016.The analysis dimensions include the number of papers,document types,funding agencies,funded papers publishing institutions and regional distribution,research topics,subject classification,journal distribution,high-yield authors,highly cited papers,as well as project cooperation situation,and they are compared with those in Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang and Shandong.It is found that the number of medical funded papers at home and abroad in five provinces and cities is on the rise.It is suggested that Guangdong province should optimize the investment and supervision mechanism of medical funds,pay attention to the construction of key specialties and superior disciplines,create internationally influential foreign language journals,promote the construction of medical talent team and the reform of personnel system,strengthen the development of regional and international medical care,promote the balance of resources in medical and scientific research institutions,and reduce regional differences of medical resources,support the development of traditional Chinese medicine and improve its international status,as well as promote the essence of China.
