知识产权软科学研究热点与发展趋势的可视化分析

Visualized Analysis on the Hot Spots and Development Trends of Intellectual Property Soft Science Research

通过统计2016-2020年我国国家知识产权局软科学研究项目的立项情况,首先分析项目的年度资助和项目承担单位的分布情况,发现近5年立项数量稳定,立项承担单位主要来自高校和科研院所。然后采用词频分析法,对近5年立项题目的主题词进行计量分析,利用VOSviewer可视化软件绘制共现聚类图,提取近5年立项项目的研究热点,包括与产业相关的专利问题、高校科技成果管理与转化、知识产权学科专业与人才培养、“一带一路”知识产权机制研究、与企业发展相关的国内外知识产权问题、地理标志的认定与保护等。最后通过高频词年度变化列表,探索和揭示我国知识产权软科学研究的发展趋势呈现跨学科和国内外融合发展,以及具有鲜明的时代特色。

By counting the projects of soft science research projects of the State Intellectual Property Office from 2016 to 2020,this article first analyzes the annual funding of the projects and the distribution of the project undertaking units,and finds that the number of projects has been stable in the past five years,and the project undertaking units are mainly from universities and research institutes.Then,using word frequency analysis method,the subject words of the project topic in the last 5 years are measured and analyzed,the research hot spots of the project are extracted by using VOSviewer visualization software to draw the cluster map of the nearly 5 years,including the patent problems related to the industry,the management and transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities,the training of intellectual property disciplines and talents,the research of the intellectual property mechanism of“The Belt and Road”,the domestic and foreign intellectual property issues related to enterprise development,the identification and protection of geographical indications,etc.Finally,through the changes in list of annual high-frequency words,the article explores and reveals that the development trend of China􀆳s intellectual property soft science research presents interdisciplinary and integration development at home and abroad,as well as has distinct characteristics of the times.
