摘要
利用足尺寸钢管混凝土柱-钢梁组合节点构件静力试验和有限元仿真模拟,研究端板不同位置处高强螺栓预紧力松弛对组合结构线弹性转动刚度和螺栓应力的影响。研究结果表明:端板受拉区的高强螺栓预紧力松弛对组合结构线弹性刚度影响较大;考虑混凝土板组合作用后,不对称位置处的螺栓预紧力松弛对构件的扭转变形影响较小;随着螺栓预紧力的增大,垫圈位置会提前进入屈服破坏。
In order to study the effect of bolt preload on the performance of the joints,the test and the finite element model of composite structure with bolts of sufficient size was carried out.The results show that the clamping force relaxation of the high-strength bolts in the tension zone of the end plate will result in a loss of the elastic stiffness of the composite structure;Due to the existence of the concrete slab,the looseness of the bolt clamping force at the asymmetrical position on the end plate does not cause the torsional deformation of the component;The higher clamping force gives rise to the earlier yield of the bolts and washer.
