大跨屋面结构方案选型分析

摘要 地铁控制中心由于工艺需要,6层OCC控制大厅和NCC调度大厅中间抽柱形成2层通高无柱空间,屋面出现较多大跨结构,综合比较了型钢混凝土梁、钢梁和桁架结构方案。桁架方案最为经济节省,型钢梁方案由于超出经济跨度较多导致梁截面很大,2个方案梁下净高均不能满足建筑要求,钢梁方案中钢板宽度和厚度的灵活选择,通过调整梁截面,其强度和变形均能满足要求,对于控制净高具有一定的优势。 Due to the technical requirements of metro control center,columns are extracted from the middle of the sixth floor OCC control hall and NCC dispatching hall to form a two-story high-rise column free space.There are many large-span structures on the roof.The structural schemes of steel reinforced concrete beam,steel beam and truss are compared comprehensively.The truss scheme is the most economical and economical one.The section of the steel beam is very large due to the large span exceeding the economic span,and the net height under the beam of the two schemes can not meet the architectural requirements.The steel beam scheme can flexibly select the width and thickness of the steel plate.By adjusting the beam section,its strength and deformation can meet the requirement,which has certain advantages in controlling the clear height.
