“标准化”视角下我国职业教育的标准化建设——以山东省职业教育为例

Standardization Construction of Vocational Education in China from the Perspective of Standardization——Taking Shandong Province as an Example

标准和质量之间关系密切。高等职业教育标准化建设是提高人才培养质量的必然要求。以山东职业教育为例,分析职业教育标准化建设现状,大力推进"三个融合"和专业人才培养标准化建设,建立分类人才培养标准,提高专业人才的社会适应能力。

There is a positive correlation between standard and quality.Standardization construction of higher vocational education is the inevitable requirement of talent cultivation quality.From the development trend of vocational education in our country,standardization is the need of development.Taking Shandong as an example,the vocational education in China has a solid foundation,which is conducive to the construction of“standardization”.Efforts should be made to promote the three integrations of overall standardization,to promote the details of standards and to enhance the universality of the standardization of talent cultivation.Detailed standards should be formulated by majors and categories to cultivate standardized talents.
