中国特色社会主义进入新时代,国家和社会的发展需要广大青年顺应时代潮流建功立业。新时代加强基层共青团建设是顺应时代潮流的客观要求、实现自我革新的应然之举、培育时代新人的重要举措。新时代,基层共青团工作在党的领导下取得了巨大的进步,但是也存在着有效覆盖面小、干部队伍建设滞后、工作方法单一、党政中心支持不足等现实困境。因此,应拓宽基层共青团有效覆盖面、优化基层团干部队伍建设、创新基层共青团工作方法、资源整合探索党政支持新模式,才能不断加强基层共青团建设,为中国特色社会主义培养合格建设者和可靠接班人。

The socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the new era.It requires young people to follow the trend of the times and make contributions and set up bussiness.Strengthening the construction of the grassroots Communist Youth League is an important measure to conform to the objective requirements of the trend of the times,to achieve self-innovation and to cultivate new generation of the era.In the new era,the work of the grassroots Communist Youth League has made great progress under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,but there are also real difficulties such as the poor effective coverage,lagging the cadre team building,single working methods and the insufficient support from the Party and government centers.Therefore,it is necessary to broaden the effective coverage,optimize the cadres’construction,innovate the work methods,integrate resources and explore new modes of the Party and government support in order to continuously strengthen its construction and train the qualified builders and reliable successors for the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
