目前,在中国铁路建设正在进入高速时代发展的大背景下,铁路建设信息化管理也进入了高速成长期。随着我网络技术、信息平台的不断发展,经济水平的不断提升,我国的工程项目建设规模也在不断朝向项目复杂性、管理多元性、大型多样性等趋势发展,信息化管理系统运用对工程建设的重要性。随着国家、社会大数据化的建设,以前传统的工程建设管理已经适应不了这种新的建设管趋势和环境的需要。国家建设工程管理中心为适应目前形势下建设管理需要,投入人力、物力不断加大对建设工程信息化管理系统的开发和研究,才能满足我国工程建设项目管理飞速发展的需要。信息化管理作为工程建设的一个手段和措施是管理进步的一个重要体现,社会的发展都离不开信息沟通、传递和管理、分析、决策。我国的信息管理系统起步较晚,发展较快,但和发达国家相比,还是有一定的差距,认清目前工程建设项目管理信息化系统的现状,查找其中的问题、不足,将目标放长远,深入研究其信息化平台在建设中发挥的作用,分析国际化趋势为其未来发展做准备。
