低温甲醇洗净化气中硫含量超标的原因及处理方法分析

Analysis of Causes and Treatment Methods of Excessive Sulfur Content in Low Temperature Methanol Washing Purified Gas

近年来,我国低温甲醇洗净化气中普遍存在硫含量超标的问题,直接影响了甲醇的生产,研究其解决方案是当务之急。基于此,本篇文章首先对低温甲醇洗这一工艺进行了介绍,然后分析了净化气中硫含量超标原因,最终提出了解决办法。

In recent years,the sulfur content in the purified gas of low temperature methanol washing in China generally exceeds the standard,which directly affects the production of methanol,so it is urgent to study its solution.Based on this,this paper first introduces the low temperature methanol washing process,then analyzes the reasons for the excessive sulfur content in the purified gas,and finally puts forward the solutions.
