摘要
论述了内燃电传拖拉机柴油机、异步发电机和异步电动机的控制策略,针对犁地问题,提出了改善系统动态响应和功率发挥的三项关键工程解决方法。在拖拉机地面试验控制策略的基础上,实现了上述设计,并应用于257.3 kW(350马力)内燃电传动拖拉机。犁地试验结果表明,所提出的工程解决方法,显著地提升了电传动拖拉机性能。
The control strategy of the diesel engine,asynchronous generator and asynchronous motor in a internal combustion electric drive tractor was discussed.Aiming at the problem of plowing,three key engineering solutions to improve the dynamic response and power utilization of the system were proposed.Based on the control strategy of tractor ground test,the above design was realized and applied to 257.3 kW(350 hp)internal combustion electric drive tractor.The results of the plowing test show that the proposed engineering solution can significantly improve the performance of the electric drive tractor.
