从实际故障案例入手,通过理论计算、试验验证等多角度对全液压转向拖拉机单出杆双作用转向油缸转向空行程故障进行了剖析,找到了疑难故障的主要原因;同时在单出杆双作用油缸的设计、匹配方面,在较宽泛杆径比设计推荐范围内,通过试验确定了参数的最佳取值范围,为类似油缸设计提供了参考和借鉴。

Starting with the actual failure cases,the paper carries through the fault analysis on steering empty stroke of the sing-rod double-action steering cylinder in a full hydraulic steering tractor from theoretical calculation and experimental verification and finds out the cause of the difficult fault.At the same time,in the aspect of the design and matching of the double-acting oil cylinder with single-rod,it also determines the optimum value range of parameters through the experiment within the recommended range of rod diameter ratio in the design,and which can provide a reference for the design of similar cylinder.
