摘要
恶性肿瘤细胞的失控性生长和转移是影响临床治疗的难题,寻找与癌细胞的恶性行为有关的分子途径可以为有效的癌症治疗铺平道路。PTEN作为胃癌的肿瘤抑制分子,其激活通过抑制PI3K/AKT通路干扰胃癌细胞的迁移和生长,从而抑制胃癌的发生发展。非编码RNA在肿瘤的发生发展中也发挥了重要作用。目前相关研究显示,非编码RNA(包括mirRNA、cirRNA、lncRNA)通过PTEN起到了抑制或促进胃癌发生发展的作用,但是目前绝大部分非编码RNA的功能仍不清楚。本综述着重讲述胃癌中非编码RNA通过PTEN信号传导通路,抑制或促进胃癌细胞的生长和侵袭的调控机制,这将为胃癌的早期诊断及治疗新靶点提供新思路。
Uncontrolled growth and metastasis of malignant tumor cells are difficult problems impacting clinical treatment.Looking for molecular pathways related to malignant behavior of cancer cells can pave the way for effective treatment on cancer.Phosphatase and tension homolog deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN)is a tumor suppressor molecule of gastric cancer.Its activation interferes with the metastasis and growth of gastric cancer cells by inhibiting PI3 K/AKT pathway,thus inhibiting the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.Non-coding RNA also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.At present,related researches show that non-coding RNA(including mirRNA,cirRNA and lncRNA)can inhibit or promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer through PTEN,but the function of most non-coding RNA is still unclear.The regulatory mechanism that non-coding RNA inhibits or promotes the growth and invasion of gastric cancer cells through PTEN signaling pathway was focused on this review,which would provide new ideas for early diagnosis and treatment on new therapeutic targets of gastric cancer.
