金匮肾气丸治疗阳虚质良性前列腺增生患者临床对照研究

Clinical controlled research of Jinkui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia of Yang deficiency

目的探究金匮肾气丸对阳虚质良性前列腺增生患者的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取2019年6月至2020年10月在我院接受治疗的60例阳虚质良性前列腺增生患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。所有患者均接受常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上联合金匮肾气丸治疗。比较两组总有效率、IPSS评分、前列腺体积、残余尿量和最大尿流率值改善情况及治疗安全性情况。结果经治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的IPSS评分、残余尿量以及前列腺体积显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的最大尿流率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸治疗阳虚质良性前列腺增生患者可有效降低其IPSS评分、残余尿量及前列腺体积,提高其最大尿流率,疾病症状得以显著改善,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jinkui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia of Yang deficiency.Methods A total of 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia of Yang deficiency treated in our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020 were the research objects.They were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to the grouping principle of random number table method.All patients were treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was combined with Jinkui Shenqi Pill.The total effective rate,International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),prostate volume,residual urine volume,the improvement of maximum urine flow rate and treatment safety were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The IPSS score,residual urine volume and prostate volume of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of patients in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The maximum urine flow rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients during the treatment period(P>0.05).Conclusion Jinkui Shenqi Pill can effectively reduce the IPSS score,residual urine volume and prostate volume,increase the maximum urine flow rate,significantly improve the symptoms of the disease,and has high treatment safety.
