重症监护病房危重患者床旁连续性肾脏替代治疗的护理干预及实施效果分析

Analysis on nursing intervention and implementation effects of bedside continuous renal replacement therapy for critically ill patients in intensive care unit

目的探讨重症监护病房中的患者实施床旁连续性肾脏替代治疗期间的护理干预措施及应用效果。方法随机抽取2019年4月至2020年5月期间在我院ICU收治的患者共80例进行研究,将其随机分成两组,每组各40例。其中常规组40例给予常规护理措施,研究组40例给予护理干预措施。观察两组患者的血尿素氮、血肌酐、C反应蛋白及降钙素原指标情况,对两组患者的住院时间、上机时间及并发症情况进行分析。结果经研究,研究组患者的血尿素氮、血肌酐、C反应蛋白及降钙素原指标均低于常规组,研究组患者的住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,上机时间长于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU病房里内需要进行床旁连续性肾脏替代治疗的患者实施护理干预措施后,改善患者的临床症状,降低患者的并发症发生率,对患者来说,有效的护理干预措施实施后,对患者的治疗效果有直接影响,改善患者的相关临床指标,更值得推广和提倡。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention measures and implementation effects during bedside continuous renal replacement therapy for patients in the intensive care unit.Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital from April 2019 to May 2020 were randomly selected for the study and randomly divided into two groups.The 40 patients received routine care measures as the routine group,while the 40 patients received nursing intervention measures as the study group.Indicators including blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin of the two groups of patients were observed,and the length of stay,dialysis machine introduction time and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results The blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin of the study group were better than those of the routine group;the length of stay and complications in the study group were shorter and less than those in the routine group,and the dialysis machine introduction time was longer than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing interventions for patients in the ICU ward requiring bedside continuous renal replacement therapy improves the clinical symptoms of the patients and reduces the incidence of complications.For patients,effective nursing interventions will have a direct impact on the treatment effect of patients and improve their relevant clinical indicators.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion.
