中医特色延续性护理在老年高血压患者中的临床应用

Clinical application of continuous care with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics in elderly hypertensive patients

目的回顾性分析中医特色延续性护理在老年高血压患者中的临床应用效果,以期为中医特色延续性护理推广提供一定理论参考依据。方法回顾性分析2018年1—12月吉林大学第二医院收治的已确诊老年高血压患者78例,依据护理措施的不同,将采取常规护理措施的设为对照组(n=39),给予常规护理外加出院指导,观察组(n=39)在对照组的基础上加以中医特色延续性护理干预。对两组患者出院时、出院6个月的血压控制达标率进行比较,对两组老年高血压患者出院时、出院6个月时SF-36各维度得分进行对比分析。结果两组老年患者出院时,血压控制达标率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院6个月后,观察组血压达标率为87.18%,血压控制得到明显改善,血压控制情况优于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院6个月后观察组SF-36各维度得分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色延续性护理能够显著改善老年高血压患者的血压水平,切实改善其生活质量,在老年高血压患者的临床治疗中有特定效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical application effect of continuous care with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristics in elderly hypertensive patients,which is expected to provide certain theoretical reference for the promotion of continuous care with TCM characteristics.Methods A total of 78 diagnosed elderly hypertensive patients admitted to the Second Hospital of Jilin University from January to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different care measures,the patients who took conventional care measures were set as the control group(n=39).The control group were given conventional care and extra discharge guidance,while the observation group(n=39)was given continuous care intervention with TCM characteristics on the basis of the control group.The successful blood pressure control rates of the two groups of patients at discharge and 6 months after discharge were compared,and the all-dimension SF-36 scores of the two groups of elderly hypertensive patients at discharge and 6 months after discharge were compared and analyzed.Results When the two groups of elderly patients were discharged,there was no statistically significant difference in the successful blood pressure control rate(P>0.05).6 months after discharge,the successful blood pressure control rate in the observation group was 87.18%,which was significantly improved and better than 66.67%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).6 months after discharge,the all-dimension SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous care with TCM characteristics can significantly improve the blood pressure level of elderly hypertensive patients and effectively improve their quality of life.It has specific effects in the clinical treatment for elderly hypertensive patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
