摘要
随着政务服务信息化程度不断加深,由原先各部门窗口业务经办到“一窗式服务”,再逐步向“一网通办”模式发展,以政务服务中心作为信息总入口,建立一个以数据共享为支撑,以各部门原有业务系统为基础的一体化信息平台。重整政务服务流程,打破系统间信息壁垒,突破地域上的限制,让政务服务从分散走向集中,由原先线下的服务大厅升级为在线互联网大厅,通过信息的共享和智能匹配让系统更高效,使用更简易,让群众足不出户便能完成各类政务事项办理。
With the deepening of the informatization of government services,from the original window business of various depart⁃ments to the"one window service",and then gradually to the"one network"mode.With the government service center as the gener⁃al information entrance,an integrated information platform based on data sharing and the original business system of various depart⁃ments is established.Reorganize the government service process,break the information barriers between systems,break through the geographical restrictions,and let the government service from decentralized to centralized,upgrade from the original offline ser⁃vice hall to the online Internet hall.Through information sharing and intelligent matching,the system is more efficient and easier to use,so that the masses can complete all kinds of government affairs at home.
