应用型创新人才是多元变革时代下社会各行各业的产业化更新与升级的生力军,关键衔接着其他各类人才。应用型创新人才的角色定位和内涵特征的探讨与研究涉及各高校的人才培养模式,是一个急需解决的基础问题。本文在对应用型创新人才的角色定位进行分析的基础上,揭示应用型创新人才与研究型人才及技能型人才间关联关系;并从知识技术、综合能力和人文素养等方面,深入解析了应用型创新人才迎合产业变革、时代变迁和国际化潮流等所需的内涵特征,其能为各应用型本科高校构建培养体系以及开展相关实践与创新教学活动提纲挈领。

Application oriented innovative talents are the new force of industrial renewal and upgrading of all walks of life in the era of pluralistic change,and is a key link between other types of talents.The discussion and Research on the role orientation and con⁃notation characteristics of application-oriented innovative talents that involves the talent training mode of colleges and universities,is an urgent basic problem.Based on the analysis of the role orientation of application-oriented innovative talents,this paper re⁃veals the relationship among application-oriented innovative talents,research-oriented talents and skilled talents.Furthermore,the connotation characteristics that application-oriented innovative talents meet the industrial change,era change and internation⁃alization trend,is analyzed deeply from the aspects of knowledge and technology,comprehensive ability and humanistic quality.The research can provide reference for the construction of training system,the development of related practice and innovative teach⁃ing activities of University.
