薛芳教授应用清化痰热,去除痰浊,宣肺行水为主,辅以行气通腑法治疗肺源性心脏病合并右心衰竭病例1则,并略述“肺为水之上源”理论及“宣肺行水”的临床意义以及“肺与大肠相表里”理论及“行气通腑”的治疗作用。

Professor XUE Fang treated one case of cor pulmonale complicated with right heart failure by clearing away phlegm heat,removing phlegm turbidity,Xuanfei xingshui,supplemented by the method of Xingqi tongfu.Discussion on the clinical significance of the theory of“lung is the source of water”and the clinical significance of“Xuanfei xingshui”,as well as the therapeutic effect of“lung and large intestine are exterior and interior”and“Xingqi tongfu”.
