摘要 提出了一种新颖的应用于频率步进脉冲雷达的快速频率合成器。采用乒乓切换的方式实现频率步进雷达要求的快速切换时间,采用分频加混频的方式,将乒乓切换后的信号进行分频以提升杂散及相位噪声并扩展频率步进,利用低频段的小步进信号与高频段的低相噪点频进行混频实现X波段信号杂散、相噪及频率步进的兼顾并满足小型化的要求。对传统实现小步进频率信号的方案进行对比,提出各个方案的优缺点,通过对该方案的设计实现,指出方案工程实现的难点,并给出相应的解决措施。该频率合成器指标优异,在工程应用中满足频率步进脉冲雷达的使用要求,进一步提升了雷达系统的性能指标,是一种可以推广应用的频率合成方案。 A novel fast frequency synthesizer for stepped frequency pulse radar is proposed.Ping pong switching is used to achieve the fast switching time required by stepped frequency radar.Frequency division and mixing are used to divide the ping-pong switched signal to improve the spurious and phase noise,and expand the frequency step.The frequency mixing of the small step signal in the low frequency band and the low phase noise in the high frequency band are used to realize the consideration of spurious,phase noise and frequency step of X-band signal,and it can meet the requirements of miniaturization.Compared with the traditional schemes of realizing small step frequency signal,the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are put forward,through the design and implementation of the scheme,the difficulties of project implementation are pointed out,and the corresponding solutions are given.The frequency synthesizer has excellent indexes,meets the requirements of stepped frequency pulse radar in engineering application,further improves the performance index of radar system,and it is a kind of frequency synthesis scheme that can be popularized and applied.
