优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of High-quality Nursing in Children's Pneumonia Nursing

目的探究优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取自2018年4月至2019年4月我院收治的94例小儿肺炎患者,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组47例。对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组在此基础上增加优质护理,对比两组护理效果、并发症以及患儿家属满意度。结果试验组退热时间、呼吸困难恢复时间、咳嗽好转时间、住院时间均比对照组短;试验组并发症发生率低于对照组;试验组满意程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论优质护理能够有效缩短患儿的呼吸困难时间、退热时间等,增加患儿护理效果,提高患者家属的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods Ninety-four children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,47 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method.On this basis,the experimental group adopted the high-quality nursing,and compared the nursing effect,complications and family satisfaction of the two groups.Results The fever abatement time,dyspnea recovery time,cough improvement time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group;the complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group;the satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can effectively shorten the time of dyspnea and fever abatement,increase the nursing effect of children,and improve the satisfaction of patients'families.
