摘要
目的研究知识动员理论在老年2型糖尿病健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的老年2型糖尿病患者92例,其中对照组45例,接受常规糖尿病健康教育;试验组47例,接受知识动员理论框架下的糖尿病健康教育。比较两组不同健康教育方法后的效果。结果两组糖尿病知识问卷得分均有明显提高,与对照组相比,试验组授权能力和自我管理能力提高显著(P<0.05)。结论将知识动员理论应用于老年2型糖尿病患者的健康教育,能帮助患者提高糖尿病相关知识、授权能力和糖尿病自我管理能力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of application knowledge mobilization theory in health education for older people with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 92 people with type 2 diabetes who received treatment in our hospital were selected.The 45 patients in the control group received routine diabetes health education.The experimental group(n=47)received diabetes health education under the framework of knowledge mobilization theory.Compare the effects of different health education methods between the two groups.Results The scores of the diabetes knowledge questionnaire in the two groups were significantly improved.Compared with the control group,the authorization ability and self-management ability of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of knowledge mobilization theory in the health education of older people with type 2 diabetes can help patients improve their knowledge,empowerment and self-management ability of diabetes.
