抗真菌药治疗侵袭性真菌感染的疗效及其影响因素分析

Therapeutic Effect of Antifungal Drugs on Invasive Fungal Infection and Its Influencing Factors

目的关于抗真菌药物对侵袭性真菌感染进行治疗的临床效果分析,同时总结对整体治疗效果产生影响的因素。方法选择我院在2018年4月至2019年4月收治的侵袭性真菌感染经过抗真菌药物治疗之后效果不明显的34例患者作为观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行治疗的34例侵袭性真菌感染经过抗真菌药物治疗之后效果理想的患者作为对照组,对两组患者的临床资料进行分析,总结抗真菌药物对侵袭性真菌感染进行治疗的效果,并分析对整体治疗效果产生影响的因素。结果2018年4月至2019年4月来我院接受治疗的侵袭性真菌感染患者364例,经过抗真菌药物治疗以后,治疗效果理想的患者308例,占84.62%;对两组患者临床情况进行分析,观察组患者当中存在粒细胞缺乏持续时间超过1周的患者31例,占91.18%,用药时间超过10 d的患者33例,占97.06%,而对照组分别为4例和6例,分别占11.76%和17.65%,两组进行比较,P<0.05,存在统计学差异性。结论通过抗真菌药物对侵袭性真菌感染进行治疗可以发挥理想的治疗效果,而对于整体治疗效果产生影响的主要因素包括患者存在粒细胞持续缺乏时间超过1周和用药时间超过10 d,因此临床应用对此情况加以重视。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of antifungal drugs in the treatment of invasive fungal infections,and to summarize the factors that affect the overall treatment effect.Methods The 34 patients with invasive fungal infections who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 who were treated with antifungal drugs were selected as the observation group.In addition,34 patients who came to our hospital for treatment during the same period were selected as the control group.Patients with invasive fungal infections with ideal effects after drug treatment were used as the control group.The clinical data of the two groups of patients were analyzed,the effect of antifungal drugs on the treatment of invasive fungal infections was summarized,and the factors affecting the overall treatment effect were analyzed.Results There were 364 patients with invasive fungal infection who came to our hospital for treatment from April 2018 to April 2019.After antifungal treatment,308 patients with satisfactory treatment effect,accounting for 84.62%;the clinical conditions of the two groups of patients according to analysis,in the observation group,31 patients with agranulocytosis lasting more than 1 week,accounting for 91.18%,33 patients with medication for more than 10 days,accounting for 97.06%,compared with 4 and 6 patients in the control group,respectively Accounted for 11.76%and 17.65%,the two groups were compared,P<0.05,there was a statistical difference.Conclusion The treatment of invasive fungal infection by antifungal drugs can achieve the desired therapeutic effect,and the main factors affecting the overall therapeutic effect include the continuous lack of granulocytes in patients for more than one week and the medication time of more than 10 days,so the clinical application This situation is taken seriously.
