兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Lansoprazole combined with Mosapride in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

目的分析反流性食管炎疾病特点,评价兰索拉唑+莫沙必利治疗的优势。方法选择我院2019年12月至2020年8月收治的反流性食管炎疾病患者,总计110例。依据随机法分组治疗,对照组行兰索拉唑治疗,观察组联合莫沙必利治疗。比较两组反流性食管炎患者治疗情况,包括临床疗效、镜下疗效等。结果组间临床疗效、镜下疗效比较,观察组对应总有效率96.36%、98.18%均明显高于对照组80.00%、80.00%,P<0.05;组间头晕、皮疹、腹泻不良反应发生率比较,观察组(1.82%)低于对照组(14.54%),P<0.05;组间临床症状评分比较,观察组患者反流(0.20±0.10)分、胸痛(0.15±0.05)分、上腹部疼痛(0.20±0.10)分、胸骨后烧灼感(0.40±0.10)分症状评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎在协同作用基础上,提升了疾病治疗效果,安全性理想,促进患者症状改善。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of reflux esophagitis and evaluate the advantages of lansoprazole+mosapride treatment.Methods A total of 110 patients with reflux esophagitis who were admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to August 2020 were selected.According to the randomized treatment,the control group was treated with lansoprazole,and the observation group was treated with mosapride.The treatment status of patients with reflux esophagitis in the two groups were compared,including clinical efficacy and microscopic efficacy.Results Comparing the clinical curative effect and the curative effect under the microscope,the observation group's corresponding total effective rate of 96.36%and 98.18%were significantly higher than those of the control group 80.00%and 80.00%,P<0.05;the incidence of dizziness,rash,and diarrhea among the groups In comparison,the observation group(1.82%)was lower than the control group(14.54%),P<0.05;the clinical symptom scores between the groups were compared,reflux(0.20±0.10)points,chest pain(0.15±0.05)points,upper abdomen in the observation group the symptom scores of pain(0.20±0.10)points and retrosternal burning(0.40±0.10)points were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The combination of lansoprazole and mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis improves the treatment effect of the disease on the basis of synergistic effect,has ideal safety,and promotes the improvement of patients'symptoms.
