腹腔镜手术对大肠癌的治疗效果探讨

目的探讨在大肠癌患者治疗的过程中腹腔镜手术的临床疗效。方法本次试验研究对象为2018年5月至2020年5月48例在我院接受大肠癌治疗的患者,根据其手术方法的不同分均分为两组。将腹腔镜手术作为治疗方法的24例患者作为研究组,将常规开腹手术作为治疗方法的24例患者作为参照组,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、镇痛时间、住院时间均与参照组患者存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05);与参照组患者相比,研究组患者在治疗后C-反应蛋白、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G以及免疫球蛋白M等免疫功能指标均存在显著优势,统计学差异显著(P<0.05);在并发症发生概率的比较上,研究组患者与参照组患者相比明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为大肠癌患者实施治疗的过程中,腹腔镜手术可以缩短患者手术、排气、镇痛和住院时间,减少术中出血量,提高患者的各项免疫功能指标,避免并发症出现对患者造成的影响和伤害,可作为大肠癌患者的理想治疗方案。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer patients Methods The subjects of this experimental study are 48 patients who were treated for colorectal cancer in our hospital between May 2018 and May 2020.They were divided into two groups according to their different surgical methods.The 24 patients with laparoscopic surgery as the treatment method were used as the research group,and the 24 patients with conventional open surgery as the treatment method were used as the reference group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time,analgesia time,and hospitalization time of the research group were significantly different from those of the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with patients in the reference group,patients in the research group had significant advantages in immune function indexes such as C-reactive protein,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,and immunoglobulin M after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of comparison of the probability of complications,the research group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of implementing treatment for patients with colorectal cancer,the use of laparoscopic surgery can shorten the patient's operation,exhaustion,analgesia and hospitalization time.At the same time,it also reduces the amount of intraoperative bleeding and improves various immune functions Indicators,to avoid the impact and damage caused by complications,can be used as an ideal treatment for patients with colorectal cancer.
